Q1 How do I report a wrong question or answer?

Choose "Report an error in a question" in the form, and include the test name and the question number. The form opens your email app with the message ready to send to [email protected].

Q2 How do I request a new exam or paper?

Choose "Request a new exam or paper" and tell us the exam name and, if you can, the year and shift. You can also email [email protected] directly.

Q3 How long does a reply take?

We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Corrections to questions are usually prioritised.

Q4 Why does the form open my email app?

Mock Archive is a static site with no server that stores messages. The form prepares an email in your own mail app, so nothing is stored by us until you press send.
